The location by the bay offers amazing views.

The lack of air conditioning, as the humidity at night was unbearable. The rooms showed signs of neglect, with cleanliness issues that were alarming, like ants and roaches roaming about. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe, especially with abandoned needles visible in some areas.

Thoroughly enjoyed hotel's good location and amazingly great staff, it suited our needs. Location: the property was really close to island as well as parks and restaurants. Went to Wai'oli Lounge & icafe for drink or two, set at a short distance from the hotel...

Super friendly and affable staff on reception and elsewhere. Multi-channel TV, a refrigerator and a sitting area in the room and the comfy bed. Breathtaking views of the Hilo bay all around.

The swimming pool area was a highlight, offering a clean and accessible space right by Hilo Bay.

Had a blast staying with friends! The location is perfect for a quick trip to the Naniloa Country Club and the nearby beaches. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward , made getting settled in easy. The staff was helpful when we needed assistance, and we appreciated the friendly vibe of the area.

I was disappointed with the lack of amenities promised. We didn't have a working toilet the first night, a bit of a nightmare. It would be great if they could improve on this aspect.

I liked how simple it was to check-in, booked the hotel at night and was able to check in just one hour later. The balcony was a great spot to unwind with a beer after a long drive, enjoyed the view of the water.

It wasn't inexpensive but still tolerable.

Great spot, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Naniloa Golf Course, so convenient! 🏌️‍♂️ My king room came with a comfy king bed and AC. Perfect setup!
